in 2019, our team partnered with Rent-A-Center on their service program, diagnosing and repairing sign problems at various locations. The following year, Identiti became the sole provider for Rent-A-Center’s signage refresh program. Within a year, we completed 380+ locations across the country—on time and under budget.
Identiti’s partnership with Rent-A-Center included the following services:
- Surveying sites to diagnose problems and recommend solutions, including maintenance issues, sign refreshes, or complete site rebranding
- Repairing, replacing, or rebranding signs at 380+ sites in 12 months
- Collaborating and communicating to stick to budget and timeline goals
- Providing detailed data and reporting
- Developing artwork for each location as necessary
Our team at Identiti continues to provide regular facility maintenance service for Rent-A-Center, and for 2021 we’re expecting to start a new phase that builds on the ongoing signage refresh project.
