Public Storage is the leading provider of storage units for personal and commercial needs, with thousands of locations nationwide. For over half a century, their customer focus and significant physical presence in major markets have cemented their dominant position in the self-storage industry. Since opening their first self-storage facility in 1972, Public Storage has grown to become the largest owner and operator of self-storage facilities in the world, and they are among the country’s largest landlords.
The key to this project lies in the details. Public Storage needed a partner they could trust and demand excellence of, for a significant refresh in the Dallas/Fort Worth Market of nearly one hundred sites. Identiti was able to execute and exceed their expectations.
Our scope included a refresh and replacement of their existing pylon signs, monument signs, channel lettersets, and interior branding. The level of attention to detail needed for this program was a welcome challenge to our manufacturing team. We appreciate the opportunity to execute a client’s set of exacting requirements. Under tight timelines, we delivered a series of high-quality brand elements that adhered to Public Storage’s standards.
Public Storage utilizes a third-party QC company to inspect all signage upon completion. This is rare in the signage industry, but it illustrates their value of their brand. Identiti ensured these inspections went well by having our internal QC team on-site for each install and initiating our proprietary QC process, also rare in our industry, and it sets Identiti apart. We strive to not only meet our requirements but exceed our client’s expectations, which is exactly what we did.
