Delivering a Signage Refresh
With more than 3,000 locations across the country, Rent-A-Center is a leader in the rent-to-own industry, delivering customers affordable, worry-free paths to purchase furniture, appliances, electronics, and more.
In 2019, Identiti partnered with Rent-A-Center on their service program, diagnosing and repairing sign problems at various locations. The following year, we became the sole provider for Rent-A-Center’s signage refresh program. Within a year, we completed 380+ locations across the country—on time and under budget.
Services & Scope of Work
After receiving a list of sites from store managers, our team surveyed each to diagnose problems and recommended solutions. Over the course of the project, we repaired, replaced, or rebranded signs at 380+ sites. A project like this—high volume with a tight timeline—demanded extreme focus and organization from our team. The project execution included:
- Surveying sites to diagnose problems and recommend solution
- Repairing, replacing, or rebranding signs at 380+ sites in 12 months
- Collaborating and communicating to stick to budget and timeline goals
- Providing detailed data and reporting
- Developing artwork for each location as necessary
