Extra Space Storage partnered with Identiti to support acquisition-driven signage conversion and ongoing facilities maintenance across a national portfolio. The engagement combined rapid brand standardization of newly acquired assets with targeted facility improvements across active sites.

As the portfolio expanded through acquisition, Identiti supported the transition of newly acquired properties into the Extra Space Storage brand. Work included banner and legacy signage removals, site condition surveys, and installation of new branded signage to ensure consistent execution across diverse site conditions.

Beyond signage, the core of the partnership has focused on facilities maintenance and light construction programs designed to improve operational performance and customer experience. This has included gate and vestibule installations and refreshes to strengthen customer access points and entry control environments.

Additional scope has included light interior remodels such as flooring repair and replacement, interior painting programs, and ceiling repairs and updates across active facilities. Identiti has also supported HVAC-related refresh work and coordinated multi-trade execution to minimize disruption in operating sites.
