Identiti’s facilities maintenance division began supporting Hertz with a small number of jobs in a single state. Through strong execution, responsive communication, and dependable service delivery, the partnership expanded rapidly within the first year into multiple states and service regions.
By year three, Identiti had grown into one of Hertz’s Top 2 vendors in both overall FM volume and spend across all facility maintenance trades. As the partnership continued to evolve, our scope expanded beyond maintenance support and into Hertz’s construction department, further strengthening operational alignment across their nationwide footprint.
Since the beginning of the partnership, we have experienced substantial year-over-year growth supporting Hertz locations across the United States.
