Due Diligence Costs

Cost for Survey/Code/Artwork/HQ Approval: $800.00 Costs.

If Agent moves forward with the full project, we will credit back $250.00 and this will be reflected on the initial proposal.

Terms

*In the event additional freight or installation costs; a final invoice would be sent

  • Due diligence payment due prior to starting project
  • 50% deposit due at the time of proposal approval, we will not submit for permit until payment is received
  • Remaining 50% due upon production completion; we will not ship until we receive payment.
